sneak peek

yesterday we we're so excited to be among all of the fantastic vendors who participated in the illegal wedding fair at 632 on hudson (my new favorite venue. their herb garden on the roof is simply lovely and the entire space is decorated in antiques!) lovely bride, stuart & welch catering, saipua, bespoke chocolates, elan artists, nine cakes were just a few who participated yesterday.
here is a sneak peek from the event...

we teamed up with the extrememly talented bryn from paperfinger on our tablescape. the details of her oyster bar menu, seating cards, and dinner menus really made our table special. juliet was nice enough to eat a dozen oysters for the cause and we used fresh water pearls to complete the seating card holders. the floral arrangements were designed with coral hued peonies, unripened raspberries, purple basil, and mock orange branches.

michael from stuart & welch catering occupied the gorgeous open kitchen at 632 on hudson and served up the most delicious fresh tomatoes i have ever tasted along with his cherry lemonade with a sprig of mint.
i have become somewhat of a cupcake snob in the past few months and i am not afraid to say it. ninecakes has one of the best cupcakes around. their frosting is the perfect mix between sweet and fruity without being overbearing. i saved myself all day for her cupcakes.
again, i can't brag enough about bryn of paperfinger. not only is her calligraphy absolutely gorgeous she is so sweet and wonderful to work with. highly recommend!
